A non-refundable booking fee will be deducted from the card entered on file. • $30 for Fullsets and $15 Fillins. • The remainder of the service fee is due in (CASH) or (ZELLE) only. I do not accept Venmo, Cashapp or Apple-pay. LATE POLICY: • Please contact me before the start of your appointment if you feel you’re going to be late. Failure to communicate before your appointment time may result in a cancelled appointment. • There is a free 5 minute grace period. Anything after 5 minutes and up to 10 minutes results in a late fee of ($10). • After 10 minutes, you must reschedule and pay a new deposit for your new day and time. • I can deny extra time requests due to scheduling. CLIENT NOTES: • I do not work on damaged/shedding lashes. • Phone usage is allowed during emergencies. Eyes must remain closed for the most comfortable service possible. • Please arrive with no makeup or strip glue residue on your eyes. • Please try to limit caffeine. (Avoids twitching) • No contacts during service. ($2 cases provided) • No refunds. I’ll fix any issues reported within 48 hours. • No picking or rubbing your lashes. • Please make sure you follow the maintenance routine we discuss at your appointment. It is key to good retention. * When booking your appointment please understand that this procedure may cause irritation, itching, discomfort, pain and/or swelling. Please understand that in most cases this is not the lash technicians fault. It can be due to any adhesive sensitivities you may unknowingly have. Cancellation Policy

• No-show appointments result in 100% service fee being deducted off of the card on file. • There’s a 50% service fee for any last minute cancellations/reschedulings within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. • No back to back rescheduling. 1 deposit per appointment.
