Hi! I’m Arianna, a Licensed Esthetician with over 5 years of experience in lashes and 3+ years in waxing. I currently hold two lash certifications and one waxing certification. I stay up-to-date with the latest techniques to provide thoughtful, high-quality services that enhance your natural beauty while protecting your natural lashes and skin. I specialize in lifting the eye and following its natural shape to create the most flattering, beautiful results for each client. I approach every appointment with care, intention and attention to detail, because I believe great results come from education, trust, and taking the time to understand each client’s needs, not just rushing the process. Cancellation Policy

🗓️💰Booking and Deposit Policy; A non-refundable, non-transferable booking retainer will be charged to the card on file ($30 for full-sets and $15 for fill-ins). The remaining balance is due at the time of service and must be paid via Card on file, Cash or Zelle. (Other forms of payment are not accepted.) Thank you for your understanding! • One deposit per appointment is permitted. • If an appointment is rescheduled within policy, the original deposit is just forfeited and only a new deposit is required for the new date and time. ⏱️ Late Policy; • Please notify me before your scheduled appointment time if you anticipate being late. Failure to communicate may result in appointment cancellation. • A 5-minute grace period is provided. • 6–10 minutes late will result in a $10 late fee. • After 10 minutes, the appointment must be rescheduled and a new deposit is required for the new date and time. • Additional time requests are not guaranteed and may be denied due to same-day scheduling constraints. ❌ Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy; • Cancellations made 48 hours or less before the appointment will incur a 50% service fee. • Rescheduling’s made 24 hours or less before the appointment will incur a 50% service fee. A new deposit is required to book a new date and time, in addition to this fee. • No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service fee. ✨ Client Notes; • I do not work on damaged lashes (e.g., ripped-out clusters, self-removed extensions, lash picking, or excessive rubbing). If you arrive and your lashes cannot be serviced, your deposit will either be transferred to a rescheduled date or forfeited if rescheduling is not possible. • I do not work on foreign lash work; this will require a removal and a full set. • Please arrive with no makeup or strip glue residue. • For the best results, please come to your appointment oil and moisturizer-free. • Please limit caffeine for 4-6 hours prior to your appointment to help prevent eye twitching. • No contacts during service. ($2 cases provided) • Phone use is allowed only in emergencies. Eyes must remain closed for a comfortable and pain-free service. 🧼🧖🏻‍♀️Maintenance & Aftercare; Follow the aftercare routine discussed during your appointment to ensure the best retention. Do not pick, rub, or pull your lashes. • No refunds; any issues reported within 48 hours will be corrected if proper maintenance was followed. ❗️❗️Important Notice ❗️❗️ When booking your appointment, please be aware that this procedure may cause irritation, itching, discomfort, pain, and/or swelling. In most cases, these reactions are not the lash technician’s fault and may result from sensitivities to the adhesive, which can occur even if you have not reacted in the past. It is also possible to develop an allergy over time. • If you experience any of these symptoms, please contact the provider immediately with any questions or concerns so we can guide you toward the best course of relief!
